Mediation Settlement Day - Thursday, October 15, 2009

 

This annual event is sponsored by FINRA Dispute Resolution, the New York State Unified Court System and a coalition of over 100 alternative dispute resolution programs, bar associations, community based programs, schools, public and non-profit organizations concentrated in the New York City area, and extending beyond to upstate New York, New Jersey, Illinois, California and Maryland.

 

Mediation Settlement Day will take place Thursday, October 15, 2009, and will have a Celebration Event on Thursday, October 8, 2009 at the New York City Bar Association, 42 West 44th Street (between 5th and 6th Avenue) New York, NY.

 

Prior Mediation Settlement Day Honorary Chairs include Judge Milton Mollen, the former chair of the Mollen Commission; Michael S. Greco, past president of the ABA; Kenneth Feinberg, former Special Master of the Federal Sept. 11th Victim Compensation Fund; Lenny Wilkens, former N.Y. Knicks coach; the Honorable Janet Reno, former U.S. Attorney General; and Andrew Young, Jr., former U.S. Ambassador.
