But when you have the right resources, it helps. There are a number of family care, financial and fitness benefits that FINRA offers to help our employees manage the demands of a busy life.

Child Care Referral Program

If you have a young family, or you've just moved to a new area, you may need assistance finding a reliable source of child care. Our child care referral program can put you in touch with licensed nursery schools and day care centers in your area. You can access this service through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) (See below for more about EAP.)

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free, confidential counseling service that can help you and your family deal with marital, relationship or parenting issues; grief and loss; work stresses and stress management. Backup Care Options

Your regular care providers call with bad news: They won't be available today. What can you do? Faced with such a situation, most employees might have to stay home and miss important work or travel. But FINRA's Backup Care Options gives you an alternative when your regular child or elder care arrangements fall through. You have 24-hour access to a national network of more than 560 in-home health care agencies and more than 4,000 licensed child care centers. In most cases, backup care requests are filled in two hours or less, and the copays are affordable.
