Mr. Schloss worked at Powell-Tate Public Affairs before joining the Department of Treasury, and from 1989 to 1991, he served as Communications Director, and from 1987 to 1989, Deputy Communications Director, for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), managing public affairs and media activities for this national political organization.
