Minimum System Requirements for FINRA E-Learning Courses

Below are the minimum system requirements to access a FINRA e-learning course. If you have additional questions, require technical support or would like to request a print version please email Jisook Lee.
 

• One of these web browsers:
  • Microsoft IE 6.0 (Windows)
  • Firefox 2.0 (Windows and Mac)
  • Safari 3.0 (Mac)
• Java Run Time Environment (JRE) version 6. To download the latest version, visit:
  http://www.java.com/en/download/
• Flash Player 8.0. To download the latest version, visit:
  http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
• Acrobat Reader 7.0. To download the latest version, visit:
  http://get.adobe.com/reader/
• Pop-up blocker disabled. To disable your pop-up blocker:

If you use Internet Explorer:

1. Click Tools > Options.
2. Click on Content at the top of the window.
3. Uncheck the box Block pop-up windows to disable the pop-up blocker.

 

If you use Firefox:

1. Click Tools > Internet Options.
2. Click on Privacy at the top of the window.
3. Uncheck the box Turn on Pop-up Blocker to disable the pop-up blocker.

 

If you use Safari (for Mac users):

1. Click Safari > Preferences.
2. Click on Security at the top of the window.
3. Uncheck the box Block pop-up windows to disable the pop-up blocker.
