Mediation Filing Fees

Once the parties agree to mediate, each side pays a Mediation Filing Fee, which is an administrative fee based on the amount of the claim. The following tables provide the filing fees for mediation cases that come straight into FINRA's forum and for a mediation case that is converted from a FINRA arbitration case.
