Mediation Settlement Month 

FINRA Dispute Resolution invites you to join us in celebrating the benefits of mediation during our annual Mediation Settlement Month.  Take advantage of our significantly reduced mediation prices by agreeing to meditate during the month of October 2012.  Parties have until December 31, 2012 to conduct the mediation. Our aim is to encourage more parties to experience the benefits of mediation for the first time and to reinforce its value and effectiveness to those who have benefited from mediation before. Mediation Settlement Day – Thursday, October 18, 2012 

This annual event is sponsored by FINRA Dispute Resolution, the New York State Unified Court System and a coalition of over 100 alternative dispute resolution programs, bar associations, community based programs, schools, public and non-profit organizations concentrated in the New York City area, and extending beyond to upstate New York, New Jersey, Illinois, California and Washington, DC.

 

Mediation Settlement Day will take place on Thursday, October 18, 2012, and will have a Kick-Off Celebration Event on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at the New York City Bar Association, 42 West 44th Street New York, NY.
