Effective July 19, 2006, FINRA Dispute Resolution has streamlined its mediation program to more efficiently process mediation cases from fewer regional offices. FINRA Dispute Resolution realigned the regional office assignments for several of its 73 hearing locations, and will continue to offer its high quality of customer service throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and in London, UK. A map and complete listing of the realigned mediation city assignments is below. Please review the map and mediation city lists to see the mediation contact person for your location. Please note that while some of the mediation case assignments are reassigned, the arbitration case assignments and contacts remain the same.
