Mediator Disclosures

FINRA Dispute Resolution will provide information on each mediator's employment, education, training, credentials, and rates. Mediators must disclose any relationship that may affect impartiality or create an appearance of partiality or bias. Mediators are governed by NASD Rule 10312 of the Code of Arbitration Procedure, and the Standards of Conduct for Mediators developed by the American Bar Association, the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution, and the American Arbitration Association.
