Administrative Filing Fees
Once all parties to the dispute have agreed to mediate, administrative filing fees are not refunded.
Mediator Fees
After paying the mediator for his or her work and expenses, FINRA Dispute Resolution will refund any unused portion of the Mediator Deposit or apply it to outstanding FINRA arbitration balances.
Arbitration Fees
If the matter involves a pending FINRA arbitration, any arbitration case fee refunds shall be made according to the refund provisions of the Code of Arbitration Procedure.
