File a Complaint Against a Broker or Firm

Investor complaints may be filed by investors or persons acting on behalf of investors who feel they have been subjected to improper business practices involving their broker or brokerage firm. Investors may file complaints via our online complaint form in the FINRA Investor Complaint Center.

A Regulatory Tip may be filed by industry members or professionals who are aware of instances of unfair practices, fraud, or abusive conduct involving brokers or brokerage firms.
