FINRA's annual Advertising Regulation Conference provides practical guidance on compliance with advertising rules and regulations. Workshops address issues surrounding product advertising—general brokerage products, mutual funds, variable insurance, and others—electronic communications, and filing, approval and recordkeeping requirements. FINRA Advertising Regulation staff is available for one-on-one meetings.
