On Monday September 15, 2014, FINRA will launch the new OTC Reporting Facility (ORF) technology platform for the reporting of transactions in OTC equity securities (i.e., non-NMS stocks) and transactions in restricted equity securities effected pursuant to Securities Act Rule 144A.
As part of this technology migration, FINRA has introduced a new version of the Trade Data Dissemination Service, TDDS 2.0. The TDDS 2.0 feed will publish trade data via new IP addresses, and will require FINRA to provision data recipients for the new addresses. To complete this exercise, FINRA requires IP handoff addresses from firms that do not receive their TDDS 2.0 data via an extranet provider.
If your firm receives TDDS data as a NASDAQ OMX US Direct Circuit or NASDAQ OMX US Co-Location firm, please send the following information to FINRA Product Management as soon as possible.
If you have questions regarding this notice, please contact FINRA Product Management or call (866) 899-2107.
