FINRA will not charge firms any fees for utilizing Web CRD/IARD E-Pay; however, firms should verify with their banks whether ACH transaction fees will be assessed by the bank. Note: There is a two business day turn-around time if the transaction is submitted before 8 p.m. Eastern Time (ET).

4. Why is it that I have a Web CRD/IARD E-Pay confirmation number, however, I do not see the payment posted to my CRD account?
If a transaction is submitted before 8 p.m. ET, there is a two business day turn-around time. After two business days, you should review the firm’s Daily and/or Renewal accounts to validate that the funds have been applied.
5. Why hasn't my payment posted to Web CRD/IARD, but I can see it in my Web CRD/IARD E-Pay history?
The effective date in Web CRD/IARD E-Pay may not correspond with the payment post date in Web CRD/IARD. The effective date reflects when the funds are debited from a firm's bank account. The post date reflects the date the funds post to the firm’s Web CRD/IARD account and the date the funds are available for use. If an ACH payment is submitted to your account after 8 p.m., ET, it can take up to three business days to post to your firm's Web CRD/IARD account.
6. What are the criteria for creating a password?
Web CRD/IARD E-Pay passwords must be between 6 - 16 characters and contain three of the following criteria: one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one numeral, one non-alphanumeric character. Please note that the password cannot contain the following non-alphanumeric characters: @, $, =, %.
7. Can I register for more than one firm?
Yes. Multiple firms can be listed under a user's account. You can create a separate User ID for each firm with which you are affiliated. You can enter multiple firms by accessing Accounts Setup > Accounts link and click on the Add Firm CRD/IARD button.
