Web CRD Payment Methods and Addresses

Important: Web CRD/IARD Accounting Shutdown Period

FINRA will be upgrading its accounting software beginning Thursday, June 16, through Monday, June 20, 2011. Payments received during this period for your Web CRD or IARD Daily Account will not post or be available for fees assessed. To ensure that your firm’s filings continue to process during this system upgrade, you must have sufficient funds deposited in your firm’s Daily Account by Wednesday, June 15, to cover all costs associated with planned filings.

Please consider delivery and processing time when submitting payment:

  • Upon FINRA’s receipt of payment, it may take two to three business days before the payment posts to your Web CRD/IARD Daily Account. Accordingly, FINRA recommends that firms send overnight check payments, wire transfers or electronic payments via Web CRD/IARD E-Pay no later than Friday, June 10.
  • Check payments sent via U.S. Postal Service first-class mail will likely require additional delivery time in order to be received by FINRA on or before June 10.

Payments made during the period when payment processing is suspended will post to the firm’s Daily Account on Tuesday, June 21. Additionally, updated Account Activity Reports will not be available until June 21.

Firms may submit their payments by:

  • Electronic Payment via Web CRD/IARD E-Pay
  • Wire Transfer
  • Web CRD Funds Transfer
  • Check
