User Testing for Web CRD^®/IARD^SM and Related Systems

What is User Testing?

• Current users of Web CRD, IARD and/or related systems volunteer to test new and changed features before they are implemented
• Testers are able to access the test environment from their own computers
• Testers are provided an easy-to-follow checklist that guides them through the system

 

Why participate in User Testing?

• Preview the new system enhancements and changes prior to production release
• Gain a better understanding of the new system features
• Review your current work process steps in the test environment with the new functionality
• Have an opportunity to provide your feedback

 

How to become a test participant?

If you are interested in participating in User Testing, you must have current entitlement/access to the applicable system (e.g., Web CRD, IARD and/or Web EFT).

 

To register to test, please send an email to the FINRA User Test Team at UAT.RAD@finra.org with the following information:

• Your name
• Firm CRD number
• Email address
• Phone number

 

FINRA's User Test Team will respond to your email and verify your entitlement. Once your entitlement is confirmed, you will be added to our list of testers and notified of any upcoming testing opportunities.
