Web CRD Online Courses

Welcome to Web CRD Online Courses. These courses offer users a self-study training opportunity on how to use Web CRD. These courses do not require registration in order to be accessed; therefore, users have the flexibility to set a schedule convenient to them and learn to use Web CRD at their own pace. 

 

Please read the following instructions prior to selecting a course:

 

1. Check your PC's screen resolution to ensure the best view of the course. The screen resolution should be set to 1024 x 768. Not sure how to check or adjust your PC’s screen resolution? View instructions on how to do this.
   
   
2. Each course progresses at a predetermined pace, but you have the option to pause a course at any time using the Playback Control Panel that appears at the bottom of the screen. You can also rewind or fast-forward through the course to fit your own pace.
   
   
3. Review the course descriptions and click on the appropriate hyperlink below to begin a course.

• Introduction to Web CRD – Designed for new users to the Web CRD System, this course reviews the purpose of the Web CRD System, provides an overview of the Web CRD Site map, demonstrates basic system navigation and functionality the Account Administration, Form Filing, Accounting, Reports, and Individual and Firm sections.
