Web EFT System Availability

Web EFT is available 24 hours per day, except when maintenance or software releases affect availability. Uploaded files are only processed during Web CRD hours.

 

The Web EFT Test Environment is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m., Eastern Time (ET); however, intermittent outages may occur due to software deployments and other internal testing activities.

 

 

Upcoming Web EFT Releases

Web EFT will be updated in 3rd Quarter 2014. Highlights include:

  • Updates to the Individual Information Report (IIR):
    • additional U5 data (Reason for Termination, Date of Termination and associated explanation fields);
    • appointment data for individuals' exams and continuing education windows; and
    • individual's IA affiliation (direct/indirect owner).
  • A web service to obtain select Web CRD data for inclusion on Initial & Relicense U4 filings.
  • New validation to confirm the individual CRD# provided in Form U4 matches the corresponding individual name and/or SSN provided in the file.
