The following documents have been formatted so as to permit applicants to download to your desktop, print out, photocopy, complete, and submit applicable pages (together with the information and documents indicated) along with their application; or, if they choose, to simply serve as guidance for the type of information that should accompany their application in order to ensure the most prompt review. The Membership Rules do not specify any particular form or content for an application filed pursuant to Rule 1017.
The inclusion of particular types of Business Expansions in this section is not intended to suggest that any particular proposed expansion into that business requires a Rule 1017 application, nor does the fact that a particular type of expansion is not included in Section II suggest that an application is not required when a firm expands into that business.
