Firm registration staff and individual candidates can schedule an appointment at either a Pearson VUE or Prometric international location by calling the number in the country in which they reside. International scheduling phone numbers for both vendors are listed below:

Phone Numbers for Scheduling Appointments at Pearson VUE International Locations

 

NOTE: Candidates and/or firms calling an EMEA toll-free number will be connected to the Pearson VUE call center located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Candidates and/or firms calling an Asia Pacific toll-free number will be connected to the Pearson VUE call center located in Sydney, Australia.

We suggest "land lines" be used to contact the Pearson VUE call centers. Candidates using cell phones will have difficulty connecting to the published numbers unless their cell phone service has "international" access.

For example:

1) A candidate who lives in London can call the toll-free number listed for the United Kingdom and schedule an appointment at the Paris, France center.

2) A registration staff member who works in the U.S. can call the U.S. toll-free number and schedule a candidate at the Frankfurt, Germany center.
