MSRB G-36 Report Card  

This report card was created for member firms that underwrite municipal securities. The MSRB G-36 Report Card provides, on a quarterly basis, an assessment of compliance with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board's (MSRB) Rule G-36, which requires the complete and timely filing by the underwriters of new (and changed) issue municipal securities. The G-36 Filing Summary Statistics Report Card contains high-level information about a firm's G-36 filing activities for the current quarter and three most recent previous quarters, if reports are available for those time periods.

 

The report card allows you to:

  • View summary filing information for the most recent four quarters
  • Drill down by quarter for a more detailed view of filings by required or exempt status
  • Download report card data directly into Microsoft Excel
  • Receive automatic notifications when updated report cards are available
