Equity Report Cards 

These report cards allow you to track your compliance with key equity trading rules related to OATS, best execution, market order timeliness, trade reporting, Reg NMS Trade Throughs, and the NASDAQ Market Center (formerly ACT). Access to the Equity Report Cards includes all of the report cards below. Please note that some reports within this group may not be applicable to your firm.

Firm Summary ScorecardThe scorecard provides an overview of performance and comparison statistics from each of the report cards listed below for the current and preceding months.
OATS Compliance Report CardThis report card provides, on a monthly basis, the number and percentage of OATS late submissions, out-of-sequence events, unmatched execution reports, unmatched NASDAQ Execution System route reports, unmatched inter-firm route reports, unmatched inter-firm routes received, and unrepaired repairable rejected order events. This report card also allows users to drill down to view daily OATS information.

Best Execution Report CardThe Best Execution Report Card is a monthly status report detailing the number of transactions in which your firm participated that apparently involved a customer or a customer of another broker dealer who received a price that was outside of the inside market. This is a report that can assist your firm in monitoring its compliance with FINRA's Best Execution Rule: FINRA Rule 5310.

Market Order Timeliness Report CardThe Market Order Timeliness (MOT) Report Card is a monthly status report detailing the number of customer market orders that were potentially delayed in receiving a full execution.  This is a report that can assist your firm in monitoring its compliance with FINRA's Rule 5320, which requires members to make every effort to execute a marketable customer order that it receives fully and promptly. 
Executing Firm 10 Second Compliance Report Card (1)This monthly report card provides a status report for trades where the market participant is identified as the executing firm. The report contains counts of marked and unmarked late trades, as well as the percentage of marked and unmarked late trades to total trades reported. It can assist your firm in monitoring its compliance with FINRA Rules 6380A, 6380B, 6282, 6622 and 2010.
Reporting Firm 10 Second Compliance Report Card (2)This monthly report card provides a status report for trades where the market participant is identified as the reporting firm. The report contains counts of marked and unmarked late trades, as well as the percentage of marked and unmarked late trades to total trades reported. It can assist your firm in monitoring its compliance with FINRA Rules 6380A, 6380B, 6282, 6622 and 2010.
Contra Executing Firm 20 Minute Compliance Report Card*This monthly report card shows compliance by market participants with the requirement to accept/decline/compare trades within 20 minutes of trade execution. It provides information about the number of trades that are accepted/declined/compared within 20 minutes of executing time and in increasing lengths of time later than 20 minutes after execution time, as well as the percentage of those trades to total trades executed. This is a report that can assist your firm in monitoring its compliance with FINRA Rules 7230A(b) and 7330(b).
Contra Reporting Firm 20 Minute Compliance Report Card*This monthly report card shows compliance by market participants with the requirement to accept/decline/compare trades within 20 minutes of trade execution. It provides information about the number of trades that are accepted/declined/compared within 20 minutes of executing time and in increasing lengths of time later than 20 minutes after execution time, as well as the percentage of those trades to total trades executed. This is a report that can assist your firm in monitoring its compliance with FINRA Rules 7230A(b) and 7330(b).
Reg NMS Trade Through Report CardThe Reg NMS Trade Through Report Card details the transactions in NMS securities that your firm reports to a Trade Reporting Facility or to FINRA’s Alternative Display Facility at a price that traded through at least one protected best bid or offer at execution. The report card includes a rolling six months’ worth of data, allowing firms to monitor trends of this activity over time.
