FINRA's annual Advertising Regulation Conference provides practical guidance on complying with the advertising rules and regulations for communications with the public. Workshops typically address advertising issues involving mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, general brokerage products, and sales practices and supervision of sales staff, as well as the issues raised by seminars, communications and social media.
