FINRA Diversity Summit
The FINRA Diversity Summit provides a forum for diversity practitioners from firms, financial regulators and other organizations to share best practices that link business goals to the workplace and the marketplace. Participants explore a variety of corporate practices, strategies and outreach efforts intended to leverage the benefits of diversity and inclusion.
The summit featured speakers and panelists who have championed the value of diversity and inclusion and implemented strong programs at their respective organizations with positive results. The summit provided attendees with meaningful take-aways of practices that work and tips for how to implement them.
