This webinar addresses implementation of new guidance that FINRA recently issued in Regulatory Notice 10-06, concerning social media. FINRA staff and industry practitioners offer practical guidance on how to monitor and supervise social networking sites. This webinar, which may qualify for CLE credit, lasts approximately 60 minutes. Audience members can participate in the live, real-time version or listen to the on-demand version at a later date. Questions can be submitted during the live program.
