NASD Regulation, Inc. (NASD RegulationSM) requests comment on specific amendments to the NASD Free-Riding and Withholding Interpretation, IM-2110-1 (Interpretation) and also is soliciting comment on how the Interpretation could be more generally revised and streamlined.
