Proposed Rule Change Relating to the Operation of NASDs Alternative Display Facility as a Temporary Pilot

NASD has filed with the SEC a proposed rule change to amend NASD Rules to establish, implement and operate NASD’s Alternative Display Facility ("ADF") on a pilot basis for nine months. For purposes of the pilot, members will be able to quote and trade only Nasdaq-listed securities on or through the ADF.
