Proposed Rule Change Relating to the Use of Multiple Market Participant Symbols When Quoting or Trading OTC Equity Securities

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to adopt FINRA Rule 6480 on a pilot basis to address the use of multiple Market Participant Symbols (“MPIDs”) when quoting or trading OTC Equity Securities.
