Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to amend Incorporated NYSE Rules 12 (“Business Day”) and 282 (Buy-in Procedures) to conform to rule changes by the New York Stock Exchange, LLC (“NYSE”) to its versions of Rules 12 and 282.
