Proposed Rule Change to Amend the FINRA Rule 9550 Series (Expedited Proceedings)

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. ("FINRA") is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC" or "Commission") a proposed rule change to (1) modify various time requirements regarding expedited proceedings, (2) add an expedited proceeding for failure to pay restitution, and (3) harmonize a remedy in an expedited procedure with a remedy in the FINRA By-Laws.
