Proposed Rule Change to Modify FINRA/Nasdaq Trade Reporting Securities Transaction Credit

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to amend FINRA Rule 7610A (Securities Transaction Credit) to modify credits provided to members that use the FINRA/Nasdaq Trade Reporting Facility (“FINRA/Nasdaq TRF”).
