Proposed Rule Change to Extend the Implementation Period for the Rule Changes Approved in SR-FINRA-2009-065

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to extend by 45 days the proposed implementation period for the rule changes approved in SR-FINRA-2009-065. The proposed rule change would not make any new changes to the text of FINRA rules.
