Proposed Rule Change to Rename the OTC Bulletin Board in the FINRA Rulebook

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to replace references to “OTC Bulletin Board” and “OTCBB” with “Non-NMS Quotation Service” and “NNQS,” respectively, in the FINRA Rule 6500 Series and in Rules 7700, 7720 and 7740.
