Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to repeal the changes described in SR-FINRA-2011-019, which proposed to rename FINRA’s inter-dealer quotation system.
