Proposed Rule Change Relating to Establishing Optional TRACE Data Delivery Services and Related Fees

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. ("FINRA") is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC" or "Commission") a proposed rule change to amend FINRA Rule 7730 to establish certain optional Trade Reporting and Compliance Engine ("TRACE") data delivery services and fees in connection with such optional services.
