A Group Reservation is defined as five or more candidates scheduled for the same exam, on the same date, and same location.

Starting, April 1, 2008 all member firms are to contact the test delivery vendors directly to make group reservations.

All candidates must be registered with a valid enrollment through CRD before being scheduled. (The examination windows must be opened on CRD prior to the submission of the candidate's names and social security numbers). If these windows are not opened on CRD prior to the deadline, the reservations at the testing centers must be released by the vendors. There will be no exceptions. The vendors will not be responsible for providing alternate accommodations for these candidates.

Note: Candidate names and Social Security numbers must be provided as they appear on Web CRD. You must provide CRD Numbers for any candidates who do not have Social Security numbers on Web CRD.
