FINRA has amended its policy of granting international deferrals to registered individuals from the Continuing Education Regulatory Element requirement. Registered individuals residing approximately 350 miles or less from the following Pearson VUE and Prometric test centers are not eligible for international deferrals.

To request an international deferral for a Continuing Education session, please fax FINRA Continuing Education at (240) 386-4675. The request should include the person's name, CRD number, session type, and city and country where the person resides.

Computerized delivery is offered by Pearson VUE and Prometric. Unless otherwise specified, both vendors service the following cities:
