Printer-Friendly Last Updated: 4/13/06 Equifax Employment Screening Report

FINRA has partnered with Equifax to offer FINRA member firms the ability to request through Web CRD^® an Equifax Employment Screening Report known as an Equifax PERSONA PLUS^TM report. This report provides identification information and the financial history of an individual from Equifax's database of more than 200 million records. As part of this partnership, employment screening reports requested from Equifax via Web CRD will be available to firm participants at a cost of $3* per report.

• How do I get access to the Equifax Employment Screening Report via Web CRD?
  Check whether your firm's other departments or divisions already have membership with Equifax, and then click on the following link applicable to your firm:
