Printer-Friendly FINRA Firm Gateway Impact to Web CRD®

FINRA member firms can now access Web CRD through the new FINRA Firm Gateway. In addition to a new look and feel, firm users who access Web CRD through the "Gateway" will also note the following differences:

Entitled firm users can access Account Administration features by clicking the User Administration tab instead of the Account Administration hyperlink on the Web CRD sitemap.
The Send Comments link has been removed from the Web CRD site map. Users can now provide comments by clicking on the Feedback hyperlink in the upper right hand corner.
The Change Password/Change Account profile hyperlink has also been removed from the Web CRD site map. Users can now update their password and profile by clicking on the My Account hyperlink in the upper right hand corner.
