Please note all capitalized term in the policies shall have the meaning as set forth in the appropriate Agreement(s) (Vendor, Participant and/or Subscriber).
Nothing in the following policies shall be construed to supersede the written terms of the BTDS Vendor Agreement. In the even of a conflict, the terms and conditions of the BTDS Vendor Agreement shall prevail.
