Web Information Request (Web IR)

FINRA member firms need to identify a Primary and Alternate Account Administrator to access and use the new Web Information Request (Web IR) application. Web IR will permit member firms to verify the accuracy of membership and business information and to submit this information electronically to FINRA before a routine examination field work begins. The Account Administrator information needs to be provided using the FINRA Entitlement Forms below. FINRA Entitlement is provided only for the use of FINRA member firms in evaluating regulatory compliance or performing regulatory compliance activities.

Please note: Each member firm must submit a FINRA Member Firm Web Information Request Account Administration Entitlement Form (AAEF) and the FINRA Entitlement Agreement Form (FEA) in order for your firm to access Web IR. The completion of this form is required, and in addition to your firm's entitlement to Web CRD/IARD and Regulation Filing Applications.
