Mid-Year Rate Adjustment for Fees Paid under Section 31 of the Exchange Act; Effective Date: April 1, 2008Executive SummaryThe SEC has determined the mid-year rate adjustment and, effective April 1, 2008, the Section 31 rate applicable to securities transactions will decrease from $11.00 per million to $5.60 per million.
