Amendments to the Non-Cash Compensation Provisions of NASD Rule 2710 (Corporate Financing) and Rule 2810 (Direct Participation Programs)
NASD has filed with the SEC a proposed rule change to codify in NASD Rules 2710 (Corporate Financing Rule) and 2810 (Direct Participation Programs or DPP Rule) NASD’s stated policies, practices and interpretations regarding members’ receipt of non-cash compensation in connection with the sale and distribution of securities.
