These report cards support firms' compliance with Chicago Board Options Exchange and C2 Options Exchange rules.

Title and Description Documentation
C2 - Continuous Quote Surveillance
The Continuous Quote Surveillance Report Card supports firms' supervision of obligations to maintain continuous quotations as required by C2 Rules 8.5(a)(1) and 8.13(d).
C2 - Locked / Crossed Surveillance
The Locked/Cross Surveillance Report Card supports firms' supervision of requirements for CBOE & C2 Rule 6.82, participant displays a quotation that locks or crosses the national best bid or offer (NBBO).
C2 - Opening Quote Surveillance
The Opening Quote Surveillance Report Card supports firms’ supervision of obligations that a trading rotation is initiated promptly following the opening of an underlying security (or promptly after 8:30 a.m. Central Time) in an index class in 100% of the series of each allocated class by entering opening quotes as necessary pursuant to C2 Rule 8.17(a)5.
CBOE - Consolidated Options Audit Trails
The Consolidated Options Audit Trail (COATS) Summary Report Card is designed to identify instances from all CBOE transactions where it appears that the Consolidated Options Audit Trail System (COATS) requirements have been violated. COATS requirements are generally established in CBOE Rule 6.24.
CBOE - Continuous Quote Surveillance
The Continuous Quote Surveillance Report Card supports firms' supervision of obligations to maintain continuous quotations as required by CBOE Rules 1.1(ccc), 6.3A, 8.7(d)(ii)(B), 8.13(d), 8.15A(b)(i), and 8.85(a)(i).
CBOE - In-Person Surveillance
The In-Person Surveillance Report Card supports firms' supervision of requirements for the percentage of trades that must be made In-Person in a given quarter in the Hybrid 3.0 classes (SPX) as required by CBOE Rule 8.7 I&P.03B.
CBOE - Locked / Crossed Surveillance
The Locked/Cross Surveillance Report Card supports firms' supervision of requirements for CBOE & C2 rule 6.82, participant displays a quotation that locks or crosses the national best bid or offer (NBBO).
CBOE - MM 75/25 Surveillance
The MM 75/25 Surveillance Report Card supports firm's supervision of obligations pursuant to CBOE Rule 8.7 I&P .03A. Market-Makers must ensure that at least 75% of their total contract volume be in option classes to which the Market-Maker has been appointed pursuant to CBOE Rule 8.3.
CBOE - Opening Quote Surveillance
The Opening Quote Surveillance Report Card supports firms' supervision of obligations that a trading rotation is initiated promptly following the opening of an underlying security (or promptly after 8:30 a.m. Central Time) in an index class in 100% of the series of each allocated class by entering opening quotes as necessary pursuant to CBOE Rule 6.2B, CBOE Rule 8.15(b)(1), and CBOE Rule 8.85(a)(xi).
CBOE - Priority Report Review
The Priority Review Report Card supports firms' supervision of requirements for priority and allocation of trades on CBOE Hybrid system and responsibilities of floor brokers as required by CBOE rules 6.45A, 6.45B and 6.73.
CBOE - Quote Width Surveillance
The Quote Width Surveillance Report Card supports firm's supervision of obligations with bid/ask differential requirements prescribed by CBOE Rule 8.7.
