Rulemaking Items Discussed at the February 2016 Board Meeting

Fixed Income Pricing Disclosure

The Board authorized the filing with the SEC of a revised proposal to require member firms to disclose pricing information on customer confirmations for trades in fixed income securities with non-institutional customers, whereby firms would be required to disclose the mark-up on the price of a customer trade where both the firm’s principal trade and the customer trade occur on the same trading day.
