Branch Office Registration

The Uniform Branch Office Registration Form (Form BR) enables firms to register branch offices electronically with FINRA, the NYSE, and states that require branch registration through a single filing with Web CRD. The Form BR was first implemented on October 31, 2005. Revisions to the Form BR are effective April 7, 2014.
