See How We Are Integrating CRD Into the New FINRA Gateway
FINRA is working on a new FINRA Gateway system that will be intuitive, flexible and efficient to make it easier for firms and their associated persons to fulfill their compliance obligations.

Tips, system visual aids, user manuals, and other tools that should aid smaller member firms in the usage of CRD System-related registration activities:

  • A printer-friendly reference tool that provides an overview of how to perform CRD functions such as getting access to use the system, paying registration fees, checking for important registration notifications, and staying current on Continuing Education requirements.
  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Provided are answers to questions commonly asked about CRD.
  • Quick Reference Guides
Available are visual aids that will assist users to perform specific functions such as electronic form filing for the firm or individuals, setting up receipt of e-mailed firm notifications, accounting, and other functions.
  • Annual Renewal Program
Important information for successfully renewing the registrations of your firm and registered individuals.
    • Need Help Using the CRD Renewal Reports?
Then take a look at this new Firm Renewal Report job aid, which walks you through how to determine the annual renewal fees assessed for each registered individual associated with your firm. This information could be particularly useful to firms who charge their representatives for some or all of their renewal costs.
  • Annual Entitlement User Accounts Certification Process
