Eileen Famiglietti

Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management and Treasurer, FINRA Investor Education Foundation

Eileen Famiglietti, Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), leads the ERM program, which provides transparency around the enterprise-level risks FINRA faces in the execution of its mission, strategic goals and key business objectives. The program helps inform FINRA's strategic planning, budgeting and resource allocation processes, as well as its decision making. She oversees the day-to-day operations and execution of the program, working closely with FINRA's business line and department heads to identify, monitor, assess, respond to, measure and report on enterprise risks. In addition, Ms. Famiglietti supports the organization's strategic planning, and also serves in an advisory capacity on key strategic initiatives across the organization.

Since joining FINRA in 1998, Ms. Famiglietti has served in various roles of increasing responsibility in Enterprise Risk Management and Finance. She has led the ERM program since 2010. Ms. Famiglietti has also served in various roles in Finance, providing leadership in accounting operations, financial reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, tax, and financial planning. In addition, she assumed lead roles on key transactions from a financial perspective, including the unprecedented private placement of the NASDAQ Stock Market, and the consolidation of NASD and the member regulation, enforcement and arbitration functions of NYSE Regulation. She also led and supported various key initiatives to improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness.

Ms. Famiglietti also serves as the Treasurer for the FINRA Investor Education Foundation, and has led the Foundation on all financial fronts since 2003.

Ms. Famiglietti began her career at Ernst & Young LLP's Assurance and Advisory Business Services group. During her over 9 years at Ernst & Young, where she last served as Senior Manager, she managed engagements for large clients, including publicly held companies in diversified financial services and insurance industries.

Ms. Famiglietti received her bachelor's degree from Towson University, and is an active Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant.
