What is the Annual Securities Dispute Resolution Triathlon?
The Triathlon provides student teams from participating law schools with an opportunity to demonstrate their advocacy skills in negotiation, mediation and arbitration of a securities dispute.
Who can participate?
Local FINRA neutrals are invited to serve as judges, mediators and arbitrators at this annual event. Please email FINRA Dispute Resolution Triathlon if you would like to be a judge or neutral. The tentative schedule of events:
