Tracking Individuals Taking Exams at Remote Test Locations

Firms may want to track which of their individuals are taking exam tests at remote locations so they can send those individuals instructions specific to taking tests online.

To pull up a list of individuals who are taking tests remotely, login to start by opening the Active Individuals Roster.

Once you have the template open, open the filters tool by clicking on Filter in the top of the page.

Within the Filters tool, search for "Test Center City." Once you find it, select it.

Within the Test Center City options, enter that the value equals "Online." Click Apply Filter.

Once you have applied the filter, click Done.

Now you have a view of all individuals at your firm who are taking a test online. You can use the Save tool to save these settings so you can open this report again in the future.

Click the Save tool and give the template a name you can use to open it in the future.

Navigate to the Reports page using the Reports icon in the left of the screen. You will have a new template in the My Custom Reports section.

Note that the report will give you the individuals who have a test online at the time you open the report as the report always gives you the most up-to-date data possible.
