ATS Data Website

Beginning Monday, June 2, 2014, FINRA will make ATS Transparency Data available on its website at https://ats.finra.org. An ATS Web User Guide is available to assist in navigating the site.

On April 9, 2014, FINRA filed SR-FINRA-2014-018, proposing Rule 4553, ATS Transparency fees. Until Rule 4553 is approved, FINRA will make the ATS Transparency Data available on its website for viewing at no charge to all users. Once FINRA receives approval of the rule, FINRA will publish a notice with details about when the data will be available for download and how to register.
